Hey Good Looking,

Yes I am talking to you.

I was thinking to myself recently how many of us are never guilty of ever taking a bad pic nowadays. Most of us look like an imitation of Bey, Rihanna, even Nicki Minaj.

Now, excuse my age but I remember the times of cameras with negative films when you just had to hope and pray for the best. However, after a week of waiting for your unedited and unfiltered pics you saw yourself as you really were. I am sure we have all had that dreaded school picture or the 'red eyes'. Face it, back in the day our pics could be actually used to trace us if we were missing.

Going back to the main point of the scripture above, I think India Arie said it best, “I know my Creator didn’t make no mistakes on me”, or you for that matter of fact.

Nevertheless I am still grateful for technological improvements.

Resolutions Vs Goals...

Happy New Year and a wonderful start to the year to you all.

This is my very first blog and the beginning of many more. The reason for starting this blog is because, like many of you, I have loves, passions and I constantly have my thoughts and creative ideas swimming around in my head. Since I am a firm believer of sharing what you know, I don't want to be selfish. I've been wanting to set up a blog for the longest time so enough with the procrastination.

We're ten days into 2014 and I really hope it's a better year than last year. Now I don't know about you but resolutions were not something I was good with. However, this year I have goals which I have every intention of achieving. God help me! As for resolutions, I have resolved to make changes as and when my attention is drawn to make those changes.

Here are a few so please call me into account if I fail to do the following...

1. Do a blog at least once a week
2. Take a HOLIDAY overseas (not just for weddings/family programmes)
3. Network more - Make good links with like-minded people
4. Take up a new hobby
